KC212C Semi-Automatic Yarn Doubling Winding machine
Intelligent Electronic Yarn Precision Winder
Applied for winding yarn from cone to cone, main fro winding DTY, FDY, POY, Viscose rayon, industrial yarn etc.
*It can be used for doubling yarn, after adding some more devices.
*Used for winding 1~6 plied yarns such as DTY and staple fiber yarn.
*Optional: yarn doubling by precision tension control.

C. A intelligent tension system, active unwinding device and automatic tracking overfeed sysytem,
ensures unifor density of winding package;
D. A beautiful appearance, emits low noise,
has a low power consumption and is ergonomically optimized, the control is simplified.

Machine structure: Single side, single layer, 5n, 60 spindles/set (It can be changed according to actual needs);
It is designed as the same winding technology as European Brands but was developed and programmed by ourselves. The functions of our machines are identical with European Brands and our technology ensures well controlled winding. And some of our spare parts is compatible to European Brands, such as guiding motor, sensor and angle transducer.
