T-Tube Hydraulic Extruder (HJ041)
The HJ041 series is available for expanding T-tube with adjustable clamping force and option of lateral cylinders as your desire. Working pressure and speed of each lateral cylinder can be respectively set. A speed control valve or electro-hydraulic proportional control technology makes the bilateral cylinders synchronous exactly. A PLC and focused button panel executes three operating modes of adjust (inch), manual and semi-automatic. A full work cycle includes close-die to set pressure, lateral cylinder advance to set location, lateral cylinder retreat to beginning location and lateral cylinder stop.
