PE/PE/PET/ABS two stage pelletizing /granulating line
For the recycling of PE, PP films, the capacity is from 120kg/h-800kg/h.
For PP PE chips, the capacity is from 150-1200kg/h.

Applicable plastic materials: PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, etc.
Material shapes:Film,bag and flake
Material types:pe bag,printed LDPE film,film (rolls,loose,bundles),agricultural film waste,foamed plastics(EPS) and raffia.
Note:Depending on material property,various downstream equipment are available
Characteristics:
This production line is composed of special designed agglomerator, screw loader, two stages of single-screw extruder, screen changer,pellets diehead, cooling tank, cooling fan, pellets cutter and material tank.
If possible, we also can add more auxiliary machines in the line for perfect the recycling process, such as dryer, vibrator and packing system, etc.
