Quality inspectionQingdao Xinyongxin Machinery Co., Ltd. provides process inspection, random inspection and pre-delivery inspection services for materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, visual inspection and testing. Weekly project tracking reports, including pictures and videos, complete quality inspection documents.

Casting processSilica sol precision casting
First of all, the mold is made according to the shape of the product, and the medium temperature wax is shot into the mold to form a wax mold with the product. Then use tools to repair the appearance of the wax mold, wax mold tree, glue high-temperature liquid and sand material on the wax mold, air dry for a period of time, and then heat it to melt the wax mold inside the sand shell, obtain the cavity shape consistent with the required casting product, cast molten steel inside the cavity mold, wait for cooling and curing, remove the shell, and start the shot blasting process after the product is shaken by shell treatment. At this time, the product has been revealed in prototype, the group of products will be cut, the post-processing of the product will be selected according to the needs of customers, the use of mechanical equipment for internal processing.
