Description:
Designed for the construction of piggable valve manifolds, this three-way cylinder valve ensures safe, efficient, and hygienic material handling. The upper valve chamber features one inlet port for product introduction and another as a CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning port. When the valve is closed, the lower valve chamber forms a seamless cleaning channel, minimizing residue during cleaning operations. What is a piggable valve?
A piggable valve means that the valve can facilitate the liquid transfer in the pigging produciton line. It can guide the flow direction, or control the liquid movement, and the valve allow the pipeline pig to pass through at the same time.
How many piggable valves are there?

How Do piggable valves work?
Piggable four-way reversing valve is automatic controlled, it operates by rotating and switching of the valve core, that can form two parallel passage for fluid flow and pipeline pig movement. It is a good choice for liquid transfer and pigging process from two sources to two destinations, or vice versa.
