Wiring Diagram
- Terminals: L,N are the input terminals of the operating power supply of the machine. L is the phase line(commonly known as fire line). N is the zero line(commonly known as the ground line).G,T1:the output of the machine triggers pulse signals.T1 is also the input signal of load voltage feedback.
- External parts: LOAD-load(resistance heating equipment).Resistance is not less than 75Ω. FU-fuse. L,N-outside power supply incoming line, L is phase line(commonly known as fire line) and N is the zero line(commonly known as ground line).

1. Connect the meter, module, load, and fuse power supply according to the wiring diagram. The working power must be in common phase(means the same) with the load power, or it will be damaged to the voltage regulator.
2. Fuse FU must be connected to the input end of phase line and shall not be connected to other positions.
3. The thyristor radiator shall be fully considered to avoid electric shock and short circuit between electrodes of the thyristor.
4. Every phase trigger signal wire of SSR-DV connected to voltage regulator should very short and separated from other wires in case of triggering the SSR-DV lose control due to mutual interference.
5. The rated current of SSR-DV must be more than two times the actual current, Large enough radiator, good ventilation and heat dissipation are needed to ensure the temperature of SSR-DV is under 70ºC in any occasion.
6. Suitable load: constant resistance type heating wire, IR infrared ray and UV lamp.
