Installation Instructions
 
Solvent Bonding Connection Method:
To ensure a seamless connection, first cleanse the inner wall of the pipe fitting socket and both ends of the straight pipe meticulously, removing any trace of moisture or oil. Measure the length of the straight pipe to be inserted into the socket, marking this precise length on the pipe for accuracy.
Utilize the installation tool, especially for pipes D110 or larger, such as the wire tightening machine. Prepare it for the task ahead. Evenly apply a thin layer of adhesive on the inner wall of the pipe socket and the insertion area of the straight pipe. Swiftly insert the straight pipe into the pipe socket, using the wire tightening machine to reach the marked position. Maintain this pressure for 15 minutes to ensure a secure connection.
Flared Socket Connection Method:
Begin by thoroughly cleaning the inner wall of the flared tube and the outer wall of the straight tube's insertion point. Accurately measure the length of the flared section and mark this on the straight tube, ensuring the mark is slightly shorter than the measured length. Rotate and position the rubber ring in the flared end's groove, ensuring the sloped edge faces outward. Chamfer the insertion end of the straight tube at a 15° angle to facilitate effortless insertion. Align it precisely with the flared end, and use a wire tightening machine to insert the straight tube up to the marking line for a perfect fit.
