1, double column structure, one main round column, one vice rectangular column.
2, 1 set of horizontal clamping vices and 1 set of floating(up) clamping vices, which could firmly fix the bundle pipes and guarantee the cutting stability.
3, band saw blade tension: manual.
4, band saw blade speed: variable speed controlled by cone pulley.
5, steel wire brush with work light.
6, guiding system: roller bearing with carbide block guide system.
7, saw blade breakage switch.
8, cooling system: cutting fluid in circulation.
9, saw frame feeding speed: hydraulic step less.
