Frozen French Fries Production Line
1. Potato Washing&Peeling Machine
The washing and peeling machine is mainly composed of a motor, peeling bucket, water spray, food-grade stainless steel frame, and a control button. It can remove the potato skin in a short time as well as a low breaking rate. The machine can continuously peel and wash. It can save water than before and without pollution. The machine features of perfect appearance, easy operation, high efficiency low breaking rate and high peeling ratio. It is made of stainless steel with a long service life and durable structure.
2. Potato Cutting Machine
This potato-cutting machine is made of food-grade stainless steel. It can cut potatoes into sticks The peeled potato or sweet potato is put into the feeder on the top. Then the finished sticks will discharge on one side of the machine. This machine is highly efficient with good performance.The whole machine is manufactured complying with hygiene requirements.
3.Blanching machine
The blanching machine is made of food-grade stainless steel with four stainless steel baskets, a temperature control panel, and a heating timer. The machine needs to be filled with water. Turn on the switch, the water can be heated quickly. The potato slices or sticks are put into the baskets and then sank into the hot water for several minutes. So that it will be easy to fry the potatoes after blanching and saving more oil and electric power. Also, the finished chips or french fries will be with beautiful color and best taste.
4.Dehydrating( dewatering)
Before frying, the potato sticks or slices will be removed from surface water after blanching to save the oil and avoid oil splashing. This machine is made of stainless steel with a removable basket. When the potato sticks or slices are put into the basket and turn on the switch, the machine will work at high speed and finish the dewatering process within a very short time.
5. Frying Machine
The frying machine is made of food-grade stainless steel. It consists of a hold-down belt, carrier belt, electric heating pipe, control panel, motor, etc. The heating temperature and frying time can be adjusted as per your requirements. In addition, the machine adopts advanced technology, saves oil, and keeps the food with good taste and color.
6. De-oiling Machine
The machine is similar with the dewatering machine, also made of food-grade stainless steel. After frying, the finished chips or french fries need to be de-oiled. So that chips or fries will not be greasy when eating. The recycled oil can be used again to lower the production cost.
7. Freezing Machine
This machine can freeze fries to -18c after half-cooking. So it is easy to store and transport. At the same time, the good taste and smell can be kept inside.
The machine is equipped with two individual compressors that come from France. The room temperature of the freezer can reach -35±5C with these compressors. It is also easy to operate and maintain.
