Unique triple sensor
SUTO's QCM sensor is the result of years of high-tech research and development. The sensor is designed for low dew points that cannot be measured by other sensors. The S220 combines QCM with a well-known polymer sensor that automatically switches between the two sensor elements as needed, making it the first dew point meter in the world to achieve accurate measurement over the entire range -100 °C Td to +20 °C Td.
By installing an optional pressure sensor in the dew point meter, SUTO integrates four sensor elements, polymer, QCM, Pt100, and pressure sensors, into one instrument.
Various output connections
The S220 dew point meter supports 2-wire or 3-wire analog 4... 20 mA output signal, also provides Modbus/RTU digital interface.
These different signal outputs allow the S220 to be seamlessly integrated into the user's production process, benefiting from great flexibility. The S220 can be easily connected to SUTO's display and data loggers S330/331 and S551 for optimal fixed or portable data recording, and can also be connected to third-party devices.
An optional display displays the measured values
An optional OLED display mounted directly on the dew point meter is used to read measurements in real time in the field. The display can be easily rotated 340°, suitable for various occasions. The display cover is made of strong polycarbonate and ABS reinforced to work in harsh environments.
The strong material guarantees long-term stable measurement
The body of the S220 is made of high-grade aluminum alloy with a soft finish. The process connection material is 1.4301 (SUS 304) stainless steel for durability. The top cover is made of aluminum of the same quality as the main body.
