The patented technology can be widely used in building materials industry, chemical and fertilizer industry raw material drying and non-ferrous metallurgy, smelting of blister copper, copper powder, dried slime and other industries, especially applicable for of dryer in cement factory, energy-saving technological transformation from oil furnace to coal furnace of Spray Tower in ceramic factory. Compared to artificial and mechanical feeding layer furnace, it can save coal by 30-40%.
2. The furnace apply ordinary bituminous, lignite and low-grade bituminous with heating capacity>4000 kcal / kg, moisture<10%. It can be regulated from 600 ° C to 1500 ° C in the furnace, from 600 ° C to 1200 ° C in the dryer cylinder, from 90 ° C to 150 ° C for exhaust gas.
Through secondary hot air separator, the dust removal efficiency can reach 96%. Using oxygen combustion technology, the burn off rate of pulverized coal can reach 99% and the slag content is less than 1.5%.
