Emergency Release Manhole
Emergency relief manhole is a fast relief device, its technical performance, main parts and materials are the same as breathing manhole. Emergency relief manhole is a safe emergency ventilation device installed on petrochemical equipment and storage tanks. It is usually used in conjunction with the breathing valve installed on the top of the tank to maintain the normal pressure in the tank. It can avoid accidents caused by sudden overpressure or vacuum in the tank due to unexpected reasons and damage the tank; it has constant pressure discharge, constant pressure inhalation, flexible type closure, compact structure and sealing. It has the advantages of good performance, safety and reliability.

Under the normal working condition of fire-retardant breathing valve, the emergency Vent is basically sealed and the storage tank is under normal pressure. When the normal operation of the breathing valve can not meet the sudden overpressure of the storage tank caused by accident, the relief cover of the relief manhole automatically opens and carries out emergency relief to keep the pressure in the tank normal; when the pressure in the tank is sharply reduced or ultra-vacuum, the inhalation valve opens and inhales the atmosphere rapidly to maintain the normal pressure in the tank; when the atmosphere is inhaled with sparks and flames, the fire barrier acts as the wall of the tank. The function of "effect" is to prevent the flame from passing in order to protect the safety of storage tanks.

Maintenance:
