Hydraulic safety valve
Hydraulic safety valve is an important accessory installed on the top of oil tank to protect the safety of oil tank. When the mechanical breathing valve
fails, the product can replace the mechanical breathing valve to exhaust or deflate.
The flame arrester is a safety device used to prevent the flame spread of BAI flammable gas and flammable liquid vapor. It is generally installed in the pipeline conveying flammable gas or on the ventilated tank to prevent the flame (deflagation or detonation) from passing through. It is composed of the shell and accessories of the flame arrester with fire core.
Product introduction
The pressure or vacuum value controlled by the hydraulic safety valve is 10% higher than that of the mechanical breathing valve, so it will not act under normal circumstances. Oil products (such as light diesel oil, solar oil or transformer oil) with high boiling point (not volatile in summer), slow evaporation and low freezing point (not solidified in winter) are used as sealing liquid in the valve. Generally, this kind of valve should be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
Hydraulic safety valve is a valve for safety protection. Its opening and closing parts are normally closed under the action of external force. When the medium pressure in the equipment or pipeline rises and exceeds the specified value, it will automatically open. By discharging the medium to the outside of the system, the medium pressure in the pipeline or equipment can be prevented from exceeding the specified value.

1. The hydraulic safety valve is the safety backup equipment of the (flap type) breathing valve, and its inspiratory and expiratory pressure is slightly higher than that of the (flap type) breathing valve. Once the breathing valve fails or its flap freezes in winter, the liquid seal of the hydraulic safety valve will be destroyed to protect the oil tank from damage.
2. The hydraulic safety valve is installed at the top of the oil tank to cooperate with the breathing valve.
