Rata has professional technical team,they have 3~15 years load bank design experience, capable to design low and medium voltage and 2kW~10000kW,5kVA~7000kVA single load bank. We can design the load bank as per customers' reuquirement and based on related standards.
> PRODUCTION
Rata has professional technical team and skilled workers, all the production workers has 1-10 years load bank production experience. All the products produced based on the technical drawings,related standard(ISO9001),production /test/metering equipment(more than 35 types).
> FACTORY TEST/ONSITE SERVICE
All rata produced products will be tested based on related standards,rules and process before delivery. Test report and video will be supplied to customer. Rata also supply charged onsite service include onsite commissioning and training.
> QUALITY CONTROL
In the design, production, and inspection process of the system, the seller takes the following measures to ensure that the system quality is qualified and can meet the needs of users:
> The design and production of the system are entirely based on the technical agreement agreed upon by both parties.
> Before production, provide the equipment outline drawing to the user, and after confirmation and approval, production can be carried out based on the drawing.
> During the production process, a specialized inspection department conducts strict quality inspections of the raw materials used in the system.
> Conduct full process quality tracking during component processing, assembly, and debugging, and establish product archives.
> Ensure that all accessories are advanced, brand new, complete, and reasonably arranged, in accordance with relevant national standards. The interior of the equipment is clean, the wiring is neat, all wiring conforms to the drawings, and the interfaces and switches are correctly and clearly marked.
> Strictly follow the requirements of the drawings, relevant standards, and specifications to verify the functionality and parameters of the system, ensuring that the final product can achieve all the agreed content in the technical agreement.

> The system quality assurance period is calculated from the date of system acceptance and lasts for 12 months.
> Rata shall provide free maintenance for any quality issues that arise within the warranty period of the system.

> If it is necessary to dispatch technical personnel to the site to solve the problem, Rata shall ensure that they arrive at the site within 24-72 hours. Service personnel shall not evacuate until the problem is resolved.
