Q: What is your Quality Assurance and Technical Support Policy?
A: We provide reliable, high-quality products. Each battery is carefully designed and tested to meet top standards, minimizing maintenance needs and potential risks.
For support, please contact an authorized dealer in your area for fast assistance and replacements. In areas without a dealer, we offer remote support via Zoho Lens, where our experts use AR (Augmented Reality) technology to help with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Q: How compatible are the batteries with different inverters?
A: Our batteries work with most popular inverters through CAN or Modbus communication. If your inverter brand isn't listed, provide us with its communication protocol, and we can upgrade our system. You can select the protocol on the LCD screen.

Q: Are LeFu ESS lithium batteries safe?
A: LeFu ESS uses LiFePO4 battery cells, which are safer and more thermally stable than other lithium types. These batteries do not catch fire or explode in overcharge or short-circuit situations. With a cycle life exceeding 6,000 cycles at 25°C and a 0.5C charge rate, they also have low self-discharge and stable output.

Q: Are there any special requirements for installation and maintenance?
A: LeFu ESS's LiFePO4 batteries are designed for easy installation. With years of experience in off-grid inverter setup, we've made the process user-friendly and require no special tools.

Q: Do you offer OEM and ODM customization services?
A: Yes, we have a skilled technical team for custom product design, including hardware, software, and structural engineers. Final testing is done by our team. Generally, customization requires a minimum order of 300 units, with mold, certification, and other related costs covered by the customer.
