The basic structure of the milling machine mainly includes: bed, sliding table, workbench, horizontal shaft, column, beam, guide rail, motor and so on.
1. Bed: Bed is the basic support part of the milling machine, carrying the various components. The bed is generally cast, with good stability and strong rigidity.
2. Slide table: The slide table is a moving part of the milling machine, which can slide back and forth on the bed. The sliding table is equipped with a workbench and a horizontal shaft, which realizes the positioning and processing of the Machined part by moving the sliding table.
3. Workbench: Workbench is the working platform of the milling machine, which is used to grip and fix the Machined part. The table can be rotated, tilted and other operations as required to complete complex Machined part processing.
