Product Description
The kiln masonry is entirely enclosed within the steel structure and consists of side walls, kiln roof, and kiln door. This kiln has a total of 6 burners, which are equipped with corundum burner bricks,the material is durable and durable.
The kiln wall is constructed using alumina hollow balls, JM30, JM26 mullite, zirconium fiber blankets, aluminum silicate fiber blankets, and nano insulation materials
The kiln roof adopts an arched structure. The materials are alumina hollow balls, JM30, and JM26 arches, and the exterior is insulated and sealed with multiple layers of 50mm zirconium fiber blanket, 100mm high aluminum fiber blanket, 100mm aluminum silicate fiber blanket, and 200mm lightweight casting material. The refractory material of the kiln door is the same as the structure of the kiln wall.
Lay a layer of tin foil on the kiln wall for heat radiation, reduce the external temperature, and improve the artificial working environment.
The expansion joint is expertly filled with a 1600 fiber blanket, ensuring peak efficiency.
