Working principle of open mill:
In the mixing process, the open mixing mill is mainly dependent on the relative rotation of the two rollers to the extrusion and cutting of the material. After repeated kneading and chemical action with the process, it finally achieves the purpose of mixing through the interrupting of the molecular chain of material internal and mixing all the ingredients in the recipe evenly. 
Machine application:
Suitable for blending, dispersing, shearing, plasticizing, cooling, and laminating polymer materials such as rubber and plastics.
