AH : Experience seamless operation with our front/back, left/right, and up/down axes being automatically controlled. Additionally, the up/down feed can be manually adjusted for specific work requirements, enhancing operational convenience.
AHD : Our front, back, left, right, and up/down axes are fully automated for precision. The up/down feed can be preset with specific feed volumes and times. The machine automatically halts upon task completion, ensuring efficiency.
Highly rigid casting body
Crafted from premium high-grade cast iron, the main body, table, slide, column, and head have undergone finite element analysis and stress treatment to guarantee superior rigidity and quality. This ensures long-term deformation resistance and excellent bending and torsion stress capabilities, maintaining high precision in research and cutting.
Fully-supported table hard-rail structure
The table features a fully-supported hard-rail structure, enhanced with Turcite-B and manual scraping. This design minimizes the damping coefficient under load, ensuring smooth table operation and exceptional grinding accuracy.
Independent Hydraulic System
Our single-cylinder drive with an independent hydraulic system boasts adjustable speeds from 5-25m/min and low vibrations, making it suitable for diverse processing needs. High-quality oil seals from Japan ensure smooth sliding and extended service life.
High-Precision Spindle
Our spindles, developed and produced in Jiande, Taiwan, undergo strict in-house production processes. Assembled in a temperature-controlled, dust-free environment with imported bearings, they exhibit minimal temperature fluctuation, low noise, and no vibration. The elastic spindle design with CP4 grade precision angled ball bearings, V3 grade low vibration motors, and dynamic balancing ensures spindle deflection is less than 0.002mm, offering years of reliable service.
Automatic Lubrication System
Our circulating center lubrication device ensures superior lubrication for all transmission screws and sliding surfaces. It recycles and filters waste oil, promoting environmental sustainability and cost efficiency. The self-checking function and level switch alarm add an extra layer of reliability by alerting when oil levels are low.
