Situated in Linyi City, Shandong Province-renowned as the "Logistics Capital of China" and the largest aluminum distribution hub in Northern China-we are equipped with advanced machinery, including extrusion, oxidation, electrophoresis, and vertical spraying from Germany and Italy. Our facilities comprise over 20 extrusion machines, 10 anodizing production lines, and 10 electrophoresis coating lines, alongside 2 powder coating and 2 PVDF coating lines, as well as 5 thermal break production lines. Our surface treatments encompass mill finish, anodizing, matte anodizing, powder coating, PVDF, wood grain effect, electrophoresis, thermal break, sandblasting, and more.

A: Our factory is in Shandong Province, loading port in Qingao
Q3:Do you accept trail order befor mass order?
A: yes, we can accept smaller tral order before mass order confirm.
Q4: What's the thickness for anodizing film? Can you do 15um?
A: Our normal thickness is over 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above.
Q5: What color you can do for powder coating?
The thickness for powder coating film?
A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 60-100um.
Q6: What certification do you have? What's your standard?
A: We have ISO CE certification. Our standard is DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, China GB.
Q7: What's the delivery time for samples and mass production?
A: (1). 1 week to open the new moulds and make free samples.
(2). 2-3 weeks after receipt of deposit and confirmation of the order.

A: Yes, we can follow end customers required for special packing and loading, and we have experienced engineer team to design and improve your idea.
