TP800 Total Phosphorus Testing Analyzer
Overview
TP800 Total phosphorus testing analyzer uses ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry method. Advanced solid-state cold light source, narrow bandpass technology and microcomputer dynamic processing data, directly display and print out the concentration sample.
The analyzer equipped with water quality intelligent detection program, guided detection mode, and reduced the learning cost, let the user able to operate easily. The user may analyze the concentration of total phosphorus according to the National Environment GB11893-89.
Principle
Principle of total phosphorus (ammonium molybdate method): After sample digested, the phosphorus will oxide to orthophosphate. The orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate in an acidic environment to form phosphomolybdic heteropoly acid, with antimony as a catalyst. This is then reduced in reaction with ascorbic acid to produce a molybdenum blue complex. The total phosphorus from the water samples is determined by the absorbance of the complex.
