The medium frequency furnace is a power supply device that converts 50HZ industrial frequency AC into medium frequency (300HZ to 1000HZ). The three-phase industrial frequency AC is rectified into DC, and then the DC is converted into adjustable medium frequency current to supply the medium frequency alternating current flowing through the capacitor and induction coil, generating high-density magnetic lines in the induction coil, cutting the metal material contained in the induction coil, and generating large eddy currents in the metal material.

Steel-Shell Furnace Body
The Sanrui furnace body includes an open furnace body, furnace frame, furnace-tilting oil cylinder, rotating oil cylinder, induction coil, magnetic yoke, rubber hose, furnace port and furnace bottom fixed material, a complete set of stainless steel water inlet distributor, return water collector and clamps, including wall mounted inlet and outlet water distributor.
> Furnace structure:
The furnace structure consists of a furnace fixing frame and a furnace body, which adopt an integral skeleton structure.
> The tilting of the furnace body is achieved by rising two hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the furnace body. A set of tilting hydraulic cylinders with steel protective covers can protect the cylinder rod from dust and splashing metal.
> This furnace refers to internationally advanced furnace types and is determined based on computer analysis. With an increase in the aspect ratio, the power factor is improved and the electrical efficiency is enhanced.
> All of them are welded steel structures, and the outer periphery of the furnace body is fixed with magnetic yokes and movable frames as a whole. The structure is reasonable, the rigidity is good, and it is easy to maintain.

The full digital constant power control motherboard of the intermediate frequency power supply is placed in the isolated control room in front of the cabinet, and the working status is intuitively displayed and comprehensively displayed on the operation panel. The isolated control room does not require additional cooling.
The main power electronic components of the power cabinet are water-cooled, and the temperature rise inside the cabinet during operation will not affect the isolated control room. The selection of all electronic components on all electronic control circuit boards in the isolated control room is based on the high temperature level.
Control Transformer
The control transformer reduce the 660V voltage to the safe 220/110 volts. Even when the main circuit voltage fluctuates greatly, it can still provide stable voltage to the main control board.
In a series inverter, the coil load current is equal to the inverter output current, which is relatively small and basically is the active current; The load voltage is equal to the inverter output voltage times the quality factor Q, which is similar to the principle in long-distance transmission of high-voltage lines.
Therefore, the line loss is small, and the inverter side electrical efficiency is high, which can reach and maintain around 96%. At the same time, 100% of the current flows through the load coil and inverter.
