NCE's 12V~100V Complementary (N and P-type complementary ) MOSFETs are optimized by integrating P-type and N-type Trench power MOSFETs in complementary high and low side configurations into a single package. These Complementary MOSFETs not only improve designers' efficiency, but also optimize system architecture. Based on the compact package form, can provide designers with cost-optimized and more reliable solutions. These products are widely used in DC-DC conversion, motor control and battery management systems.
Complementary MOSFETs are available in DFN2*2, DFN3.3*3.3, DFN5*6, SOP-8, SOT-23-6L, and TO-252-4L packages.
