Product Introduction
Low cost brown sugar jaggery making machine with different shape customized
it use the brown sugar or white sugar for raw sugar. or jaggery syrup for raw material
we use the triditional processing machine and technology without any chemical treaments for so cube
it is a good processing line with low cost. Mould press or cutter formed
The processing line will automatic continouse filling the jaggery sugar syrup into the mould.
Step as follows:
1 pour the finished jaggery sugar syrup into the storage hopper with heating preservation.
2 the filling head will automatic weight and filling
3 feeding the jaggery to cooling tunnel to formed cool
4 cooled formed jaggery solid de mould to packing
5 empty mould go on filling recycle
6 main equipment: filling and formed machine , cooling tunnel and demould machine
7 Capacity: 800kg per hour
