* What's the HDPE Wye Tee & HDPE lateral tee?A: They are the same products.
* What's the difference between HDPE tee & HDPE WYE tee?
A: The main different between HDPE tee & HDPE WYE tee is the angling of the branch line.
HDPE WYE tee, the angle of branch line is 45 degree, if a branch turns out further at the end to 90 degree, then it is HDPE tee.
* What's the raw material does SUNPLAST use for the HDPE fittings?
A: To assure the best quality of the fittings, SUNPLAST generally adopts the most qualified PE100 materials from the worldwide, and those material are approved by PE100+ association,such as YGH041T from Sinopec, P6006 from Sabic & HE3490-LS from Borealis...etc.
* What SDR rating of HDPE fittings can SUNPLAST provide?
A: Currently, SUNPLAST can provide HDPE fittings in SDR11-PN16 & SDR17-PN10.
* Which SDR rating of HDPE fittings can we take for the HDPE pipe in SDR21-PN8, SDR26-PN6 & SDR33-PN5?
A: Both our fittings in SDR11-PN16 & SDR17-PN10 can work. But, consider the costs, we recommend to use the poly fittings in SDR17-PN10.
* Can SUNPLAST provide HDPE fittings in PE80 material?
A: Yes, PE80 fittings are also possible to us.
* What's the warranty can SUNPLAST provide?
A: All our HDPE fittings are made of virgin PE100 material, and are designed for 50 years lifetime. SUNPLAST will provide a warranty time in quality of 10 years for regular use.
