Installation & Testing

Upon receiving notification from the buyer, our company will send a technician to test the machine until it is fully operational. The buyer will be responsible for covering all charges incurred during the technician's visit, including transportation expenses, visa fees, accommodation, and insurance. If the technician is required to travel abroad, a service fee of USD 120 per day will be charged within the specified time period.

Warranty & Guarantee

We provide a 2-year guarantee starting from the moment the machine is running smoothly at the buyer's factory. Within this guarantee period, our company will handle any issues related to the machine's quality. Damaged parts with a unit price exceeding USD 50 should be returned for replacement with new ones.
