The JH-4200 series rail type second/third layer network management industrial Ethernet switch supports up to 7 100Mbps optical/electrical ports or 8 Gigabit optical/electrical ports, and can support 2 RS232/422/485 serial communication interfaces, 1 CAN2.0A/B interface, and 1 DO. It is designed specifically for industrial application sites that require network management functions, signal acquisition, and equipment control.
The JH-4200 series supports its own redundant ring network protocol M-Ring, with a super fast self-healing time of less than 20ms, making it easy for users to establish highly reliable ring redundant industrial networks. Equipment support includes static routing, RIP, OSFP dynamic routing protocols; Support multiple management methods including Web, Telnet, Console, and SNMP; Support control functions such as VLAN/GVRP, QoS, IGMP Snooping/Query, LACP, and bandwidth management; And it supports mechanisms such as IP/MAC and port binding, DHCP services, IP access lists, IEEE 802.1X port access control, as well as port mirroring, real-time traffic statistics, MAC address tables, email alarms, system logs, and other diagnostic methods. The various advanced network standards supported by the device facilitate users to optimize network performance, enhance network security, and simplify maintenance procedures. The serial communication interface and CAN bus interface support Modbus communication protocol and CANopen protocol, facilitating on-site signal access and device control.
The JH-4200 series products are made of high-strength industrial aluminum alloy material, with an IP40 protection level, and support DIN rail or wall mounted installation. The device supports dual redundant AC/DC wide voltage input, with built-in power port surge protection and Ethernet port ESD protection. Power or port failures can be alarmed through relay output, and supports industrial wide temperature applications ranging from -40 to 80 ºC, which can well meet the requirements of strict industrial site environments.
