Prettech stainless steel edible oil tank is designed to be a good choice for sanitary bulk oil storage. It's all stainless steel 304 made(ss 316L for high acid oils).
The tank can be designed to be on legs or on concrete plinth, depends on the tank capacity.
Filtering vent ensure the sanitary inside the tank even in dusty working environment.
Top circular manholes and side manholes- easy operation and maintenance.
Breather valve and discharge port - ensure the balance of pressure inside the tank and provide safety protection.
Heating jacket or inner heating coil is mounted for palm oil and tallow tanks, to maintain the flow of these high viscosity oil.
We also offer optional level sensors and stirring systems to increase production efficiency and product consistency.
The liquid level sensor can monitor the oil level in real time to ensure the rational use of the storage tank.
The stirring system helps maintain the uniformity of corn oil and avoid oil stratification.

Edible oil storage tanks are carefully designed and heavy-duty manufactured, where all welds are grounded and pickled, laser processing and automatic welding minimize welding defects and give tanks longer life.
Prettech can provide oil storage tanks and auxiliary, consist of a whole system edible oil storage plant, the oil can be transferred into the stainless steel tanks from the tanker and drained out from the oil storage tank, measured quantity automatically.
It can not only be used for edible vegetable oil, such as palm oil, olive oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, tea tree oil, etc., but also for animal oil, such as fish oil industrial oil, such as biodiesel, lubricating oil extracted from animal fat.
Prettech tanks are made of SS304 grade stainless steel. It offers the best properties for sanitary, food and beverage processing. For highly-corrosive environments, such as salty or acidic areas, tanks can be manufactured out of the higher-grade SS316L stainless steel. All stainless materials are purchased from first quality steel mills, their qualified MTC is supplied and Pretank would inspect again before put in our warehouse.
TIG welding are adopted to make stainless steel tanks. All welding and polishing workers are qualified and rookie trained well before they start to work in our company.
Morden processing machine such as laser cutting machine, laser automatic welding machine, laser tube cutting machine, precision CNC sawing machine, automatic pipe bending machine,robot welding machine, plasma cutting machine, precision leveling machine and other high-end equipment are used in our company to ensure the quality of products, as well as improving the working efficiency to achieve the short lead time.
