1) Our quality warranty period lasts for an impressive 12 months, starting from the day the shipping commodity reaches the port of destination. Please note that this excludes physical damage. During the guarantee period, we will provide you with the fittings free of charge. However, please be aware that you need to return the damaged fittings to us via courier at your expense, before we send back the replacement parts. Post-warranty period, any fittings that require repair or replacement will incur a reasonable charge.
2) Given that our engineers cannot always provide face-to-face maintenance, we have developed a robust online support system. We offer extensive technical support through various channels including email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. This ensures that you receive expert help for any issues related to installation, operation, adjustments, maintenance, and more.
3) If you encounter problems with installation, usage, or adjustment that our online support cannot resolve, we offer Door-to-Door service. Should you require our engineer(s) to travel to your location for assembly, maintenance, or adjustment of the machine, you will need to assist in securing the necessary visa formalities, cover travel expenses in advance, and arrange accommodations for the duration of the trip and service period. Additionally, please arrange for a translator to assist our service engineer. Alternatively, you may send your engineer to visit our factory for extensive, free technical training.

During the warranty period, if product quality issues arise, we provide free maintenance and replacement of necessary parts. If the problem is not related to our machine's quality, and on-site service is required, we will send engineers, with appropriate costs covered by the buyer.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers?
Yes, upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's location, we promptly dispatch skilled mechanical and electrical engineers to assist with installation according to your schedule. The buyer is responsible for the engineers' accommodation and a daily fee of USD 150.00 per person. We will also assist with visa and installation preparation, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.
