Founded in 1966, Zhaoqing City No. 2 Machine Tool Works Company Ltd., located next to the scenic Seven Star Cave, being formerly affiliated to the Department of Machinery of Guangdong Province, is a slate-owned to private outer prise that has experience in the manufacturing of the turning lathe and general mechanical equipment for 58 years. In VHMC-1350 horizontal and vertical integrated compound machining center, the machine body is cast with high-level HT300 grey cast iron, and the Ansys software is used for the analysis and distribution of the components of the machine body, modular change and mechanical and physical change, so that the machine tool has high rigidity, high precision and high stability.
VHMC-1350 horizontal and vertical integrated compound machining center realizes the turning, milling and five-side machining by combining the vertical, horizontal and rotary scale division, capable of replacing the robotic streamline of multiple machining equipment, realizing the compound machining of large parts, truly saving the cost, energy, human efforts and production place. It breaks the traditional machining mode, improves the space precision, and enhances the product quality. It has been widely used in the manufacturing of the die-cast cavity, such as LED light box, automobile parts and components, new energy and 5G communication.
1. The machine tool functions are highly automated, and the machine tool is configured with double spindles and hydraulic rotary table, realizing the five-axis control and one-time assembly to realize the five-side machining.
2. The horizontal and vertical BT40 spindle structure design meets the precision cutting of high-hardness materials.
3. It is configured with one specially processed CNC system, capable of high-efficiency precision machining of the pentahedronal parts.
4. The horizontal and vertical types are selected with the spindle for direct connection, meeting the precision drilling and tapping demand.
5. X/Y/Z axis is used with the high-rigidity and high-precision linear guide rail, in combinatiop with the slide block of medium load type, to provide the optimal static and dynamic load rigidity.
6. Both horizontal and vertical types are used with disc-type tool holder, and the cam-driven tool holder can ensure high-precision rotation, and stable operation can still be maintained during the use of heavy-duty tool.
7. The rotary table of the fifth axis is used with the three-piece chuck for the division position, characterized by high precision and original precision being maintained after long-time use.
