EJ-V CNC vertical machine tool is used with the tendon shape of the base by using Ansys software for the optimization design, so that the machine tool has very high rigidity; and the material is high-density cast iron with high strength and good shock absorption.
It is mainly applicable for the high-speed steel and carbide tool, and for the rough and fine machining of the ferrous and nonferrous metals and some nonmetallic parts, it is capable of the machining of the interior and exterior cylindrical surfaces, end surfaces, cutting tank and chamfer of the parts, particularly applicable for the machining of brake hub, wheel hub, clutch compressing disc, fly wheel shell and heavy parts, and the machining of the parts and components in the wind power industry.
