Product Description
1.Main process
1.1Paper supply system
It adopts special pneumatic shaft and magnetic powder brake. The high accuracy paper connecting way and high precision electro-hydraulic alignment device,along with the automatic marking device played very big roles for shaping,and ensured the good appearance quality.
1.2.Gypsum powder supply system
It takes the exclusive impeller feeder and high precision weighing belt as the core of powder feeding. Thus it ensured normal supply of the gypsum powder.Moreover,it contains series of powder additive storages,discharging and metering feeding system;glass fiber cutting and its metering feeding system .etc.
1.3.Water supply and mixing system
It has the accurate screw measurement pump and visual liquid flow meter device which lead great convenience for operation which lead great convenience for operation.
1.4.Foaming system
It adopts high volume pressostat for gas supply,got screw metring pump and advanced dynamic and static combined foaming system which makes the foam uniformly enter into the mixer. Thus it has a key effect on improving product quality and testing products' weight.
1.5.Forming system
The vertical mixer and the pneumatic forming device are made of special werable stainless steels which enhance the systems wearable ablity and prolonged its span.The vertical mixer got pin type,none-pin type and other types to choose.
1.6.Conveying system
This system adds the waste board dumping device which reduces the intensity of labor and ensures the cleaness of workshop.
1.7.Drying system
The drying system is the core of the whole production line and it affects the quality and the energy consumption of the products. It has interior muti-layer coiler heat releasing type, external finned heat exchanging type,and hot air direct drying type. According to the airflow direction,it has longitudinal airflow type,transverse airflow type,and longitudinal,transverse combined airflow type.And it also can configure waste heat recovery system under customer's demand. Inside of the dryer,there are various regulation and controlling mechanisms to stabilify the temperature and airflow of each layer freely,thus it guarantees the quality of the gypsum board,and reduces energy consumption.
1.8.Heating system
Most of this system use the organic thermal carrier boiler(thermal oil boiler and hot air boiler),which takes coal,oil,and nature gas as main fuels.The thermal oil type boiler takes thermal oil as the carrier and the the oil is carried into the heat exchanger of the dryer by the high presure oil pump,as for the hot air boiler,it makes direct use of the hot air and blow it to the dryer,fully make use of the energy, and reduces the cost.
1.9.Edge cutting and sealing system
After turning over and folding the board,the system cuts the folded board and seals it together. The waste raw material cutted is chopped into powder to absorb slurry,then it can be used accelerator. The sealing system adopts advanced technology from abroad and domestic which reduces cost and improves efficency.
1.10.Dust removal system
This system uses the pulse blow bag dust collector which improves the dust removal effect and makes it reach the environmental standard. In addition,it is convenient to deal with the dust and recycle.This system is good for the country and the people.
1.11.Control system
All of the three control stations adopts PLC control system,AC contactor and drive device chose reliable brand, and it also uses the contact-less equipment such as frequency converter,photo-electric sensor etc whicj Insure the reliable operation and realize the long-term and continuous fully automatic running of the gypsum board production line.

6 Project human resource

8.Buyer's obligation
Here are listed some items in order to solve those problems that are either too difficult or not possible for the seller to accomplish, to ensure the project develop smoothly.
8.1 Data exchange
For the necessary technical data exchange, the buyer is to provide all the necessary information for the project, including land drawing with correct and clear dimension on it. All the data or original data would be proved by the seller in written form.
Water report
Weather condition, temperature, temperature difference, humidity,;
Gypsum powder report;
Fuel and its data;
Test criteria and method;
8.2 Help to the seller
The buyer is to help the seller doing those formalities concerning invitation letter, visa application and delayed staying visa.
8.3 Support to buyer
The buyer is to source the entire necessary human requirement for construction work, machine installation, commissioning, trial production and continuous production later.
8.4 Project manager
The buyer is to assign its project manager and site manager.
8.5 Additional cost
The buyer is to pay the additional human resource cost when more than specified people are required or longer time than the schedule to stay on site because of the buyer's reason, at the following charging rate:
8.6 meals/accommodation/traffic/etc
The buyer should be responsible for the installation personnel of the seller's accommodation, three meals in a day, traffic, insurance and the safety.
8.7 Direction
It is expected that the buyer would help the seller's stuff in the life, such as to get life necessities, hair cutting, trip direction, and etc.
8.8 Site interpreter
The buyer is to send 2 site interpreters for Chinese/Arabic translation, to ensure efficient communication and coordination for site construction work and machine installation.
8.9 Medical expense
The buyer is to pay the medical expense for the injury or illness of seller's stuff in any case when these people.
8.10 Working tools
The buyer is to provide the following site support for site construction work and machine installation:
