Precautions for brewing
1. Grind the coffee beans. And the coffee bean powder should not be ground too fine.
2. Fold the filter paper into triangular funnel shape.
3. Put the folded filter paper into the filter cup and pour in hot water to wet it. On the one hand, it can remove the taste on the filter paper; on the other hand, it can warm the cup to prevent the coffee from suddenly getting sour when it is cold (Note: pour out the filtered water).
4. Extraction. Pour coffee ground into the filter paper. When the hot water is cooled, inject hot water from the top of the filter cup, and the water need over top of powder.
5. Continue to inject water, draw a circle from the center, the water flow is fine and slow, and the extraction is sufficient.
6. Remove the filter paper immediately after reaching the extraction volume of coffee liquid.
