1. Application:
JLK Series The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is expertly designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, including both round and sector compact conductors. This versatile machine also excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors, ensuring top-quality results.
2. Main Features:
1> High Stranding Speed: By adopting the latest in frame structure stranding cages, thick-walled seamless steel tube main shafts, cast iron gearboxes, precision-ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drums, and cast iron capstans, this innovative design significantly boosts the rigidity of stranding cages, strength of the transmission system, cage rotation speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Tailored to meet various stranding requirements, the cages with different bobbins can be combined freely. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe for stranding more wires, thereby enhancing the machine's multifunctionality.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former: Each cage is fitted with a single wire pre-former, which ensures that the cross-section of stranded wires is smooth and compacted, guaranteeing superior quality.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: The machine features the latest in side-bottom auto loading devices, which not only enhances appearance and ease of maintenance but also significantly increases the efficiency of loading and unloading processes.
5> Excellent Performance of Separate Motor Transmission: By adopting separate motor transmission instead of traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, we have simplified the mechanical system, thereby reducing maintenance difficulties, energy consumption, and workshop noise. This system allows for continuous adjustment of pitch, improving manufacturing technology. The integrated PLC and touchscreen for online technical data management ensure reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between cage rotational speed and take-up speed is fixed. This ensures the stranding pitch remains consistent during the start, run, and stop phases, guaranteeing accurate synchronization of each cage and easy operation of the electrical control system.
