9. Question: Will your product leak water?
Answer: There are quite a few manufacturers in China who, due to a lack of professionalism and irresponsibility towards quality, have caused water leakage inside the boxes. So far, our company has never encountered any water leakage issues in overseas orders.
10. Question: What kind of technical drawings can you provide?
Answer: We can provide three view drawings, 3D images, blueprints, foundations, pipelines, electrical, communication, fire alarm, installation, furniture, etc.
11. Question: Can you provide installation services?
Answer: Yes, we have experienced supervisors who can guide installation at any time. Meanwhile, we have a skilled installation team who can complete some turnkey projects.
12. Question: What are lifespan and warranty period?
Answer: The service life of prefabricated houses is 10 to 15 years, container houses are 15-20 years, steel structures are 30-50 years, and villas are
50-90 years old. The warranty period for all houses is 12 months from the date of delivery.
