Product Description

Filament widing resin is a composite material manufacturing process, which is usually used to produce high-performance and high-strength structural components, such as various parts for electronic appliances, automobiles, construction, and communications.

Preparing winding molds: Design and make winding molds of the required size and shape according to needs. The molds are usually made of metal or composite materials.
Laying reinforcement layers: Lay prepreg or dry fiber layers on the mold surface in sequence to form the required structure. Prepregs are generally composite materials of reinforcing fibers such as carbon fiber and glass fiber and epoxy resin or other high-performance resins.
Winding process: Use a robotic arm or manual operation to wind the reinforcing fiber layer on the mold surface to form the required structure. During the winding process, parameters such as tension and winding angle need to be controlled to ensure the performance of the product.
Curing and post-processing: After winding, the product is cured under controlled temperature and pressure conditions to improve its strength and stiffness. After curing, post-processing processes such as cutting and grinding are also required.
