Gentry Machining Center
The Gantry Machining Center is a breakthrough series of workbench mobile gantry machining center products, meticulously developed by Chenghai CNC. Inspired by international cutting-edge technology, this center excels in milling, boring, drilling (including reaming and re-drilling), tapping, and countersinking. It's the perfect solution for the diverse demands of the automotive, mold, aerospace, packaging, hardware, and other mechanical processing industries.
This machine features a highly stable gantry frame fixed structure with a moving workbench. It comprises essential components such as the workbench, bed, column, beam, sliding saddle, ram, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling filter system, chip removal device, rotary operating panel, and sophisticated electronic control system.
The guide rail and lead screw of the entire machine are equipped with a quantitative lubrication system. This system allows you to adjust the oil supply cycle and the amount of oil supplied at each lubrication point, achieving automatic centralized lubrication through precise electrical system control.
