The working principle of the machine is to pour flour (rice flour) and water into the slurry mixing barrel in proportion, mix them thoroughly and evenly, and then enter the drum dryer through the pipeline and the feed pump; the steam generator provides heat energy to the drum dryer so that the slurry dripping on it is quickly dried; the drum rotates, and the slurry falls off at the scraper, is initially divided, and then transported to the granulator, where it is cut into suitable sizes through a mold for packaging or further processing.
It can produce nutritious rice noodles, which can be designed into different formulas according to different consumer groups. Its products are divided into: infant nutritious rice noodles, middle-aged and elderly nutritious rice noodles and convenient nutritious rice noodles. It can also produce oatmeal flakes, three-in-one instant oatmeal flakes, a starch and other products.
