3. Machine Structure:
Feeding part adopts batch type feeding method with the help of front and side lay ensures a stable feeding.
Two glue guns equipped on the machine are from Japan, they can make an accurate gluing when the machine does the lock bottom works. Gluing time can be set separately on the touch screen.
4) Conveying part
The conveyor part adopts PVC green belt with pressing roller, it is driven by a gear motor.
5) Pressing part
The pressing parts consists of up and down belts with thick steel wall pipe. The speed of pressing unit could be adjusted through the electric button, it can also realize a different speed from the feeding unit.

CLGD series machine is mainly used for the production of milk box, toy box, wine box and various kinds of printed box. It is mainly used for the folding and pasting the bottom and side edges. With the features of low cost, high efficient and better quality.3. Machine Structure:
1) Feeding part
8 strip joint production specialized feeding belts on the feeding part have features of long service life and wear-resisting features.Feeding part adopts batch type feeding method with the help of front and side lay ensures a stable feeding.
2) Locking part.
4 hooks and 2 locking block equipped on this part can make the locking action better.3) Gluing part
The gluing tank adopts the stainless steel, you can adjust the gluing capacity easily. The standard gluing roller is 12mm. It is also can be customized. Gluing tank does not need maintenance.  |  |
