The kubba mosul filming machine consists of double rows dough pressing, filming and conveying. This machine is suitable for making kubba mosul, Taiwanese hand-cooked pancakes, scallion pancakes, pork buns and other flat pastry.
Traditional Kubba Mosul is made with two pieces of flat pie shells, filled with a mixture of minced beef, almonds, and spices then rolled out to form a 9-inch circular meat pie. The production process is rather complicated, thus there are not many automated that can accomplish this production.
