WORKBENCH STRUCTURE:
Table par is consisting of the workbench, table base, spindle components and transmission components.
Workbench and workbench base respectively for the overall casting structure, the use of high strength and low stress cast iron, grade HT250 aging treatment has sufficient rigidity, strength and stability. Workbench bearings using high precision NN30 series double row short cylindrical roller bearings, by adjusting the radial clearance to ensure high precision rotary table, and a high working life. Workbench guide rail for constant current hydrostatic guide, to ensure long-term stable work bench.

GANTRY
Gantry is consisting of the left and right columns and connecting beams. In the upper part of the gantry there are left and right lifting boxes, driven by the AC motor, through the worm gear and double screw to make the beam along the left and right column rails to move up and down.
