Introduction
This filling machine is designed to accurately dispense large quantities of bulk liquid material into various containers (iron and plastic drums) by weighing, for automatic quantitative filling of 10-50L drums. It is widely used in industries related to liquid materials such as food, chemicals and pesticides.

Working principle
This is a semi-automatic paste filling machine which is designed to fill above or below the liquid level. The uniquely designed filling nozzle is easy to operate, filling is fast and precise and minimizes dripping of residual liquid at the end of filling. When filling, the operator simply moves the container so that the filling opening is aligned with the filling nozzle and presses the "start" button, the nozzle is automatically lowered and the empty drum is automatically peeled, followed by precise two-speed filling to ensure filling accuracy. At the end of the filling cycle, the nozzle is automatically raised and the full pail is moved away to complete the filling cycle.

Mainly used for the quantitative filling of tinplate and plastic drums, also suitable for the automatic quantitative filling of liquids in various industries such as food, pharmaceutical, and chemical.
