5.Full-mechanized connecting & breaking out drill pipes system
By means of the automatic positioning technology and the two hydraulic wrenches inserted dynamically,the operation that operators connect and break out drill pipes can be accomplished without being directed.The system greatly reduces working strength and saves auxiliary working time.

Diesel-electric dual-power hydraulic system
The hydraulic system of CY-RV series of patio drilling rigs is based on the hydraulic system of CY-R series of patio drilling rigs, with a new set of independent diesel-driven high-pressure hydraulic system with constant power control, load-sensitive and full-proportional electromagnetic control. The electric power takes care of all the functions of the field operation, while the diesel power is in charge of the traveling function, which has the same technical characteristics of the hydraulic system of CY-R series of patio drilling rigs.
Self-lubricating and maintenance-free track undercarriage
The professionally customized hydraulically driven track undercarriage has four leveling jacks, two spring-actuated hydraulically released wet brakes and a clutch for towing. Self-lubricating and maintenance-free, two-speed automatic shift, wireless driving on and off the vehicle, safe, reliable, flexible, quick turnaround and more efficient.
Two drilling modes, three operation modes
The control system has two working modes (high-precision drilling mode and fast drilling mode) and three operation modes (manual, wire control and wireless), which allow the user to choose the working mode according to the precision requirements and geological conditions of the manhole, and the operation mode according to the operating position and actual situation on site.
RCS Intelligent Control System
CY-RV series of patio drilling rigs are loaded with RCS intelligent control system with functions of automatic operation for safety protection, fault diagnosis, data storage, interconnected communication and digital display (see the introduction of RCS intelligent control system for details).
Conventional rail wheel towed type raise boring machine(RBM)faces great difficulty in transfer during down-hole operation in a modern trackless mine. The time-consuming and strenuous process of disassembly,transportation and reassembly severely constrains its popularization and application in a modern mine.
Based on mature techniques,in particular,the host module and the hydraulic system module of conventional RBM,we have successfully developed the CY-R80V/CY-R120V series crawler self-propelled type RBM with creative diesel-electric dualpower unit and crawler type walking chassis,of which various technical indicators reach the advanced level among international peers.
