Future industry manufacturing complex spans an area of nearly 7,000 square meters. It incorporates six high-speed aerosol valve production lines and more than 30 special valve production lines.Each year, Future industry aerosol can produce up to one billion aerosol valves. Our main products are air freshener aerosol valve, insecticide spray aerosol valve, butane gas aerosol valve, carburetor cleaner aerosol valve, ribbon spray aerosol valve, snow spray aerosol valve,paint spray aerosol valve, fluid spray aerosol valve, portable stove gas aerosol valve, 360 degree aerosol valve, powder spray aerosol vave. Also we have expanded the export market of aerosol metering valves, aerosol caps and aerosol cans.We have also built five standardized workshops to conduct different operations in order to meet the requirements of various customers to ensure we always meet production demands and timelines.
Production of the valve mounting cups is carried out in this workshop. We use a high-speed automatic stamping machine to transform high-quality steel plates into valve mounting cups. Due to the high degree of its automation, this equipment can help to reduce labor costs and increase production efficiency significantly.In addition, we utilize an efficient machine that can automatically press an outer rubber ring into a valve mounting cup in order to provide superior sealing performance in the process of final assembly.This workshop contains over 20 injection molding machines and three injection molding lines. Among them, our injection molding machines are used to produce a variety of accessories such as valve stems, valve chambers, actuators, and spray caps, etc.
The cartons used are of high-quality and sturdy construction to withstand the rigors of transportation. They are able to protect the aerosol spray caps and other contents from damage such as bumps, drops, and compression.Inside the carton, each aerosol spray cap is properly secured through the use of inserts like foam or cardboard dividers. These dividers prevent the caps from moving around and colliding with each other during transit. Additionally, the carton is sealed tightly to prevent any dust or moisture from entering.
Labels are affixed clearly on the carton, indicating the contents, handling instructions, and any safety warnings related to the aerosol products. This ensures that the package reaches its intended destination without any confusion or delay. Adequate cushioning material may be added around the carton for extra protection during shipping.
