Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor is a device that realizes material transportation by moving animal materials through the chain plate inside the closed pipeline.
It is composed of one or more pipe chain conveyors. There are three basic forms of transportation: horizontal transportation, inclined transportation, and vertical transportation. A single pipe chain conveyor is usually composed of a driving device, tensioning device, steering gear, conveying pipe, chain material tray, and control system.

Advantages of Pipe Chain Conveyors
Compact structure, small footprint, and the ability to change the conveying direction in three dimensions. It is composed of driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, observation ports, etc.
The transported material is in a sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange. There is no need to install a dust collector at the exit. Gas can be filled when transporting materials. Ensure no dust leakage into the environment during transportation.
The material is transported smoothly along the pipe, basically no internal movement, so there is less damage to the material. Slow bend transportation causes very few material particles to produce debris.
