Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for conveying bulk materials such as powders, particles, and small pieces. In a closed pipeline, the chain piece is used as the transmission component to move the animal material along the pipeline. It can be selected for horizontal, vertical, or inclined conveying according to requirements.
The principle of a pipe chain conveyor is that when transported horizontally, the material particles are pushed by the chain in the direction of movement. When the internal friction force between the material layers is greater than the external friction force between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain, forming a stable material flow; When vertically conveying, the material particles inside the pipe are pushed upwards by the chain, and the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding, resulting in lateral pressure, which enhances the internal friction force of the material. When the internal friction force between the materials is greater than the external friction force between the material and the inner wall of the pipe and the material's self weight, the material is transported upwards with the chain, forming a continuous material flow.

Product Features
1. Compact structure, small footprint, and the ability to change the conveying direction in three dimensions. It is composed of driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, observation ports, etc.
2. The transported material is in a sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange. There is no need to install a dust collector at the exit. Gas can be filled when transporting materials. Ensure no dust leakage into the environment during transportation.
3. The material is transported smoothly along the pipe, with basically no internal movement, so there is less damage to the material. Slow bend transportation causes very few material particles to produce debris.
4. Low energy consumption, long conveying distance, simple structure, few maintenance components, up to 60 meters horizontally and up to 40 meters vertically.
5. It can be used in solid material industries such as food, chemical, new energy, and building materials.
6. Multiple materials and specifications are available, such as 304 material, 316L material, Q235, Q345, etc.
7. Currently unsuitable materials and categories: metal powder, particles with high wear and tear, mainly targeting materials with strong grinding force.
