Singlepass Digital Color InkJet Printer
Singlepass Digital Color InkJet Printer adopts the latest and most
advanced technology, (different from offset and flexo printing).
*Singlepass : unidirectional printing, fast speed and high efficiency.
*Digital : no plate printing, no need engraving, very flexible, convenient,
and saving more money.
*Color: Water-based ink with 4 colors: C, M, Y, K ( Cyan, Magenta,
Yellow, Black), these four colors can be blended into any color.

Printing Medium
It can print on all water absorbing materials, such as on carton, corrugated box, pizza
box, packing box, non-woven bag, jute sack, canvas bag, cotton bag, wood board,
paper, disposable paper cup, egg box, etc.
Water-based Ink
* There are two kinds of water-based ink, you can choose according to your needs.
1.pigment ink: waterproof, anti-ultraviolet and fadeless (keep for a long time/
suitable for the materials to be kept longer/ a little bit expensive);
2.dye ink: not waterproof, not anti-ultraviolet, and will fade (keep for a short time/
suitable for disposable material/ cheaper)
Printing Cost / Ink Consumption
One liter ink can print 60,000 pieces of A4 paper with 5% coverage.
If printing with 5% coverage, ink consumption is 0.25 ML/m².
If printing with 100% coverage, ink consumption is 5 ML/m².
Height of Print Head
0-100 mm adjustable. The print head can move up and down to adapt to the thickness
of different printing materials.
Frequency of Feeding Material
There is an optical fiber automatic sensor on the print head, the machine will print
when the printing material is under the head, and it will not print if there is no material
under here, so you don't need to control the speed/frequency of feeding printing
material.
Software
The software is developed by ourselves, and our factory can upgrade your software by
remotely controlling in the future.

Other Advantages
Our printers use original print head & ink supply. Some other manufacturers use the
second-hand. They use the double negative pressure ink supply modified by
themselves in the later stage. Many ink tubes are directly connected to the ink column
of the print head, which is very complicated.
The print head is a consumable. If you buy from us, original print head is installed in
the original position. The replacement and installation is very simple so that you can
buy the print head locally and replace it yourself. But if you buy from others, you
cannot.
