Main Features

1) Base on the theory of step -by - step filtering : the first step catches>=20um; second step catches<=2um; third step catch<=1-0.1um. Selectable highly efficient filter are available to catch the mist produced in processing.
2)Here is a signal to warn normal working or the filter cotton need to be changed. the red ball will float upward to the top, when the oil mist collection filter working; and the red ball will sink to the bottom, when it is off. the filter cotton will catching oil mist after the machine works for a while when the catching ability is lower than 70%, the red ball will sink to the bottom, that means it's time to replace or clean the filter cotton.
3) Easy to install all of the machines can be directly installed on the machine tool, bracket, easy tear open outfit.
4) the catching efficency can reach 99% or more.
