1. Ensure the flux is properly baked at temperatures between 250-400 ºC for 1-2 hours. Keep the welding wire in a dry, oil-free, and rust-free condition before commencing use for optimal results.
2. Thoroughly clean the welding area to remove rust, oil, water, and other impurities before starting the welding process.
3. Maintain sulfur content in the flux at <= 0.050% and phosphorus content at <= 0.060% to ensure high-quality welds.
