1. To ensure optimal performance, bake the flux at 250-400 ºC for 1-2 hours. Always use the welding wire in a dry, oil-free, and rust-free state.
2. Prior to welding, meticulously clean to remove rust, oil, water, and any other impurities.
3. Maintain the sulfur content in the flux at <= 0.050% and phosphorus content at <= 0.060% for the best results.
